I/We, ______________________________________, residing/having registered office at __________________________________________ “Client” do hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

Studio will be booked from _____ to ____ on ___________ for _____________ purpose only. In case of Pre-Wedding shoots, the couple is _____________ and ________________
Bookings will be confirmed after the full payment is received. Payments can be made in full via Honeybook Studios® website gateway. Cash payments are accepted only by booking at our head office
The charges mentioned therein are exclusive of all the taxes which shall be payable by the client at the rate and in the manner prescribed by law at that time in force
Booking once confirmed is neither refundable nor transferable

STUDIO AND EQUIPMENT HIRE TERMS

Studio will be operational from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and charges are levied accordingly on the website and in the event of extension is required the client shall pay Rs. 2000/- per hour, such extension shall be communicated to the Studio 2 hours prior to closing time in case of one day shoot
If in case of an extension of a day, extra charges will be levied subject to the availability. However, the studio shall not operate after 8 p.m
Inspection of the Studio premises including equipments can be done prior to the booking, and incase of any discrepancy, Client should intimate in writing to the Studio immediately, failing which it shall be presumed that the client is satisfied with the Studio and all its facilities and amenities and Studio shall not entertain any complaints thereafter
If the Shooting on any day within the stipulated period mentioned in Clause 1.1, does not take place for any whatsoever reason, the charges for that respective day will be levied nonetheless and no refund shall be given for the same for any reason whatsoever
Any machine or any other equipment like light etc. may not be available in the case of breakdown/ repair / maintenance. Studio cannot be held responsible in case of unavailability of any such equipment and no complaints or payment deduction shall be allowed in such circumstance (which will be informed when known)
If more than one couple for pre wedding photo shoot is found using the sets under one pre wedding package, they shall not be allowed and the photo shoot shall be stopped at once and studio shall not refund any amount including the Security Deposit

EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED

Clients can only use single set at a time
Equipment must be returned promptly at the end of the hire period in its original condition and in case of any damage, failing to return necessary action will be taken
Studio shall bring the equipment for hire subject to its availability but shall not be responsible if the product is not available or there are any damages caused to the equipment by the Client and in such an event the Studio shall take necessary action. Decision made by the authorities will be final
Clients are supposed to not take any equipment out of the studio premises, modify or alter or tamper the equipment in any way, use of the equipment in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer or allow the equipment to be used by any untrained or unauthorized personnel

BREAKAGES, LOSSES AND DAMAGES

On the event of any Damage, losses or any breakage caused to the studio or any equipment therein by the Client or any third party related, during the use of the studio, the cost of such damage shall be borne by the Client
In event if the damage caused to sets, any props, costumes and rooms is higher than the Security Deposit mentioned in Clause 3 then the Client undertake to pay such additional amount to the Studio
All equipment and services that are supplied by the Studio are property of the Studio and the Client shall not take or damage any of the property of the Studio. It is agreed that the Studio shall not be liable for any loss or damage to materials or props or equipment, including consequential loss caused
No alterations, decorations or additions to the studio are permitted without the written consent of the Studio
Studio shall not be held responsible for any misplaced/ lost or broken items of the personal items of the client, each individual shall be held responsible over the personal items brought by them
In case of incident caused due to the shooting, the Clients should immediately bring such damages to the notice of the Studio and will also be held accountable for the same
Studio should not be held liable if any such mishap occurs due to natural calamities
At Studio we have generators and invertors for your service. Studio should not be held liable if there is power cut or electricity issue which may occur beyond our reach from the government.
Studio not responsible or liable for theft or misplacement of your personal belonging

CLIENT'S DUTY/LIABILITY

It is Client’s duty to ensure that the Studio is not used for any illegal activity like pornography etc.
Client has to inform in advance with regards to the number of people to be reporting so as to avoid disturbance in another photographer’s shoot leading to excessive crowd gathering at spot
Client should maintain the props and equipment in good condition as they were provided initially
On the event of Theft, Loss any unexpected or unusual activity, Fire, cost incurred to restore its original state will be reimbursed from the Client

GENERAL TERMS

Entry at set location would be permitted only after displaying the paid invoice pre generated by the website
Clients should be respectful towards other’s space and privacy, and allow others to do their shoot without any disturbance
All the people attending should give prior notice about people in their team as one team will be given one room for makeup and relaxation
All the persons under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian
Any vehicles parked at Studio premises is at user’s own risk and Studio accepts no responsibility for theft, damage or any other loss occasioned to vehicles parked on its premises. They should also park in a manner in which the other vehicles can be easily moved
Clients and people accompanying the Clients should maintain an orderly discipline while on shoot, if any misbehaviour is reported, Clients will be asked to leave the Studio
Any damages due to personal activity of client shall be borne by the client
Consumption and getting alcohol and non-veg is strictly prohibited
Client agrees that the Studio is located near forest, farms, river and swimming pool and in view thereof, the Studio is not responsible for any mishaps that may occur. In case of any Children, Client shall be responsible to take care of them
Clients should keep the Studio clean
Clients shall have to bear any costs incurred by the Studio arising out of breach of any of these conditions

We hereby agree to the above Terms and Condition, we shall not hold the Studio responsible for any mishap or untoward incidents. We have read the Terms and Conditions and we accept the same.
